At M. Ibrahim Electronics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

• The product you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

• The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, manuals, and accessories.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.

• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

• Products purchased on clearance or special sale, unless defective.

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

1. Contact us at 0330-6500040 or email mibrahimelectronic@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Share your order number, product details, and a photo/video of the issue.

3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or pickup through our courier partner.

4. Exchange Timeframe

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 2–3 working days.

• In case the replacement product is out of stock, we may offer an alternate item or store credit of equal value.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the product was defective or wrong, M. Ibrahim Electronics will cover the shipping cost.

• If the exchange is due to a change of mind or preference, the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.
